How to buy your tickets

Step 1. On the main event navigation page
Find your event by looking through the list of current events.
These can be filtered by date or by venue or keyword to help narrow your search. Select the event you wish to book for by clicking on 'book tickets'.

Step 2. Buy tickets: date selection
Select the date and time of the event you want by clicking on the calendar on the right of the booking page. The key on the right of the calendar indicates whether or not we still have tickets to sell for the event on that date. After picking a date you can choose the number of tickets from one of the drop down lists below the calendar. The numbers next to the drop down lists indicate which price band of tickets you are about to select. (There is a full list of prices on the left hand side of this page below the event description).

After you have made your selection, click on the blue 'submit' button on the right hand side of the page to continue.

Step 2a. Buy tickets: seat selection
If the event is being sold by a seatplan then you will be redirected to the plan to choose your seats. There is a key to seat availability on the left hand side of the page and the seatplan itself is on the right hand side of the page. The seats are colour coded by price blocks to avoid confusion. A seat with a cross through it is either sold or not being sold through this system. A seat with an orange background has been reserved by someone else, but may become available again after their reservation period ends. Move your mouse over the seatplan to see more information about each seat including its availability status and price block. When you have decided which seats you would like, click on them one at a time with your mouse to reserve them. If you change your mind, click on them again to release them.
When you are happy with your seat selection, click on the blue 'submit' button at the bottom right hand side of the page to continue.

Step 3. Buy tickets: select ticket types
Once you have successfully chosen your seats or selected the quantity of tickets you would like for the event you will arrive at the shopping basket page where you can choose what kind of tickets you want. On each line of the shopping basket there is a drop down list which, when clicked on, will display the different types of ticket that are available for each event. For example, if the event you are booking for has an adult ticket price and a child ticket price and there are two adults and a child in your party you would select two adult ticket types and one child from the three tickets in your basket.
The price will be automatically updated when you make your selections.
Group tickets
Where group tickets are available (see selection pages for details or hold your mouse over the ticket type drop down list) these may be selected providing enough tickets have been reserved.  The group ticket price will be calculated on a pro rata basis across the ticket quantity selected.  You must have selected sufficient tickets to meet the group ticket critera.  If you have not go back and select additional tickets for the event in question.

You may be asked for proof of eligibility for concessionary rates on arrival at the event, so please make sure you have chosen the correct ticket types for your needs.

At this stage you can also remove tickets from your basket by clicking the word 'remove' on the appropriate line of the shopping basket. You can also continue shopping for other events on offer from allaboutstalbans by clicking on 'continue shopping' below the shopping basket.
Delivery format
If you don't want your tickets posted to you and the option is available, you can click on the checkbox below the shopping basket to collect your tickets by an alternative method. This will be either collection from the venue on the event date or an e-ticket(Please see below for more information on e-tickets).
Full information on the delivery format of your tickets can be found below the ticket description on the booking pages or by hovering your mouse over each line of the shopping basket.
If you elect not to have your tickets posted, please make sure the checkbox is checked.
Once you are happy with your selection and you have read and agreed to our terms and conditions by checking the checkbox below the shopping basket - you can proceed to pay by clicking the blue 'submit' button at the bottom right hand side of the page.

Step 4. Buy tickets: Payment
When you reach our payment page you have two options:

If you don't have a paypal account simply enter your card details, name and address into the boxes provided and click on 'review order and continue'. 
The credit/debit card address you provide here will be the one to which tickets are posted if you have opted to have them delivered by post.

When you have successfully made your payment it is vital to click on 'IMPORTANT - click here to complete your transaction' to finalize your booking and receive notification via email.

Step 5. Buy tickets: Confirmation
After you have successfully completed your payment you will return to a receipt page where you can view details of your purchases. Included on this page is your unique transaction reference number. Please make a note of it as it will be needed if you have any queries at a later date. A copy of this information will also be sent to the email address you provide in html format. However, email is not foolproof so you must print this page for your records.
Where e-tickets are being issued your confirmation email will act as your e-ticket, so if you have not received your email after 45 minutes, please contact us on the number below and we will re-issue it.
